This blog documents the design and implementation of my website for my BUSM1814 Web and E-Business module assessment at the University of Worcester.
The aim of my blog is to record my progress and my decision making during the development of a simple e-commerce site with shopping cart capability. I will plan, research and execute a number of technical and design processes to create my website. My research will be recorded and evaluated in this blog which will form my portfolio.
I have chosen to produce an e-commerce website that sells baby footwear, this theme will influence many decisions. In order to best showcase my product range it is vital that the website is user friendly, informative and attractive. My objective is to design a streamline site which encourages repeat business and will build a loyal customer base.
