As I have discussed in previous blog posts, I have constructed my site in a way that ensures a frustration-free user experience. I have included the following features which will allow customers to to navigate my site and products easily.

- An easily accessible footer menu bar
- A clear and user friendly primary menu bar

My site includes a number of areas that promote the Mini Steps brand.
- Simple and versatile brand logo visible throughout the site
- Social media icons on the footer menu
- A fun and engaging 'About Us' page
- Banner that promotes a temporary discount code to be applied at the checkout
Customer confidence is vital to achieving successful sales and confidence I have included the following to achieve greater consumer confidence.
- Clear product descriptions

- Contact Us form and contact details visible on the footer menu

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
I wanted to include an additional feature which would work to enhance the user experience when visiting Mini Steps. Three additional features have been included in my Mini Steps site with the hope that they will help user experience, give better customer service and as a consequence attract return business.
1. Personal experience combined with competitor research made me consider a FAQ page. The FAQ page sets out a solutions to a number of popular queries. I have included information regarding orders and returns, the company's contact details have been placed at the bottom to encourage customers to contact Mini Steps regarding any other queries that have not been addressed in the FAQ.
2. A downloadable measuring guide can be accessed through the 'Sizing Guide' page, this guide will allow customers to measure their children's feet before they make a purchase. Mini Steps has a free returns policy to allow for incorrect measurements and incorrect size orders. The additional measuring guide could be an attractive feature, allowing customers to take control providing them with a more accurate way of ordering children's footwear.
3. Free delivery on orders over £50. I want to reward customers who make multiple purchases with free delivery. My checkout has been created so that the free delivery is applied for purchases over £50. Standard delivery £3.99 is charged to orders that fall under the value £50 which is explained on the site's home page.
